advanced application for guest passes
Advance applications for Members' Daily Guest Passes, if made via post or fax, must be received by the VRC Membership Department no later than seven days prior to the raceday for which they are sought.
Applications may also be made by contacting VRC Customer Service on 1300 727 575. Applications may be made in person during business hours (9am - 5pm) at the VRC Offices, up until the last working day prior to the raceday. All applications must be accompanied by full payment, and include the full name, address and occupation of the guest being introduced.
racedays excluding melbourne cup carnival
Members may apply to introduce guests into the Members' Enclosure on most racedays. Members may apply in person at the Raceday & Ticketing Office, or the Members' Services Window to obtain Daily Guest Passes. Full name and address details of the guest must be provided and payment made for the ticket. Members' Daily Guest Passes will allow access to all areas of the Members' Enclosure, excluding specified "Members' Only Areas".

Full Members may purchase Daily Guest Passes for all days of the Melbourne Cup Carnival.
Guests during the Melbourne Cup Carnival must meet the following requirements and Members' Daily Guest Passes are available subject to the following conditions:
AAMI victoria derby & Emirates melbourne cup days
Members' guest(s) must be an overseas visitor. Full name, overseas address, phone number and passport details must be supplied in a written application prior to the raceday. Limit 4 per Member. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
Crown oaks day
Members' guest(s) must reside overseas or interstate. Full name, address, phone number and passport details must be supplied in a written application prior to the raceday. Limit 4 per Member. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
Emirates stakes day
Members' guest(s) may reside anywhere, written application must still be completed. No limit. However, a limit of four Junior Daily Guest Passes per Member will apply. Restricted Members may only introduce guests on Emirates Stakes Day during the Melbourne Cup Carnival. Members' Guest Passes will allow access to all areas of the Members' Enclosure, excluding the Members' Island Bar, Long Bar and Birdcage Enclosure, and any other specified 'Members Only' areas.

Members are reminded that tables within the Members' Enclosure are provided for patrons who have purchased food and beverages from outlets within the Members' Enclosure. Self catering Members are welcome to locate themselves in The Grandstand seating or on the Members' Lawn.
